Safety Training for Retail Staff

Introduction

Retail stores display a wide spectrum of merchandise, some of which are hazardous and are classified as dangerous goods. If these products are mishandled, they can pose a threat and can become potentially dangerous. This course will leave delegates with an understanding of what is required to safely handle HTH® products.

This course only covers HTH® product ranges.

Objectives:

1. Understand the various classes of products in the retail trade.
2. Understand separation distances required between products.
3. Explore HTH’s six safety steps to prevent potential dangers in our workplace.
4. Firefighting overview.
